Meet Shandria Woodall: Here To Serve You
I began counseling in 2016, after receiving my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
from Argosy University. My experience working with at-risk students in elementary
education, developed a deep desire to help children and families thrive. Over the years,
I have supported children 2-18 years old and no matter who they are or where they are
from, I have noticed a common thread, adults and children just want to be heard,
understood, and loved.
Today, my purpose is to use my skills as a former educator to fuel change through
mental health awareness. I will help you nurture a healthy mind, which creates a healthy
environment and leads to a strong family and a vibrant community. I use a variety of
techniques to help you heal from past traumas. These techniques include Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Expressive Arts and
Sandtray Therapy work with various mental health disorders such as depression,
grief, trauma, and PTSD.
My approach to counseling is simple and straightforward. I will work to help you achieve
healing and growth. Because of the positive healing and growth journey, many of my
clients and families have experienced, I receive about 95% of referrals for future clients
from them. I am delighted to help you move forward in your mental wellness journey.
