My personal quote is “I aim to empower the resilience already within you.” I am a firm believer that we all have the power within us to make change. We just need assistance at times with tools, validation, and support.

I work from an evidenced and strength-based integrated clinical approach that utilizes your strengths to help guide you to achieving the healing and life you deserve.

When it comes to working with children, adolescents, and teens I aim to include parents, caregivers, and guardians in treatment so not only are you equip with the skills to help your children but empower you to know that you already have everything within you to improve your life.

When it comes to young adults, I aim to help you identify your areas of improvement, discover your strengths, and support you towards healing and hope. With your help we create treatment goals and objectives that seek progress not perfection.

Life can be tough but you are tougher. Collaborating together we can help you and/or your family grow, learn, heal, and thrive.
