Meet Gabriela Bettaglio, USF Intern: Here To Serve You
Hi and welcome!
I am so glad that you found your way here. My name is Gabby and I am a marriage and family therapy student intern.
Despite life’s inevitable challenges, everyone should have a safe refuge where one can feel nourished, calm, and empowered to live their life. Where can one find such a refuge? I believe that it resides within each one of us, unique to each person and with the potential to transform adversity, offer new perspectives and heal relationships. No one knows us better than we know ourselves. With the right support, everyone can lead their own path towards healing.
I don’t view issues as being “bad,” rather, I empathize with why things are the way they are and then work together with you to find a better way to relate to yourself, others, and the world. I approach therapy with an attitude of unconditional acceptance towards my clients.
My passion is working relationally, whether that is with couples, families, parent-child dyads, or any other relationship you can think of. I equally enjoy seeing individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional intimacy issues, relationship conflict, eating disorders and substance use.
Lastly, we are not meant to do life alone. We are meant for connection, and I believe we heal in relationships. In our work together, I hope to empower you with the key to unlocking your inner refuge and to encourage you as you continue to uncover acceptance, understanding, and joy in all your relationships. Please reach out for a free consultation where we can discuss whether we are a good fit together. In any case, I wish you a beautiful journey! I offer services in English and Spanish.
