Meet Tracie Singh, MFT: Here To Serve You
My name is Tracie Singh, I am a marriage and family therapist (provisionally licensed). After a 20 year career in the Navy, I felt called to help others. I came from a life of trauma and am a product of the foster care system. During my career in the Navy, I found that helping people brought me the most peace. I worked with victims of sexual assault and trauma to help them face the process and begin their journey of healing. My education includes a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice and a Master’s degree in counseling psychology with a focus on marriage and family therapy. I am trained in a variety of modalities and work to tailor my approach to best fit my client’s needs. I prefer to help people from a family approach as we learn our communication and coping skills from our family of origin and take these patterns into our family of creation. I specialize in adolescents and young adults with focuses on trauma and behavioral issues. I also work with couples and families to learn better communication and how our trauma and experience impacts our ability to function in relationship with others. I look forward to working with you to help you achieve success and peace in your life.
